If you have done the course before (same or superseded course code)
you are NOT ELIGIBLE for CSQ funding.

Participants can only BE FUNDED by CSQ for 8 short courses in total (maximum 3 high risk and 3 mobile plant) between 1 October 2022 and 30 September 2023.

Funding amounts have changed and Apprentices are no longer fully funded for short courses.

CSQ APPLICATIONS and ALL EVIDENCE documents must be submitted and approved BEFORE THE COURSE STARTS, as per CSQ requirements.

CONSTRUCTION WORKERS
APPRENTICES
You will need to provide evidence to show:
1. You have not done the course before
2. You are an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident, or Visa holder with relevant permission to work
Provide one (1):

Green Medicare Card OR Birth Certificate OR Passport (For Australian or NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident)

Visa with conditions OR Employer Letter (For Visa Holders) download template
3. You are an eligible Worker in the Building and Construction Industry
Provide one (1):

QBCC / ESO Licence as per listing AND Employer Letter

QLeave Statement AND Employer Letter

ABN/ACN registration and Invoice (for self employed)

Statutory Declaration (for unemployed)
